Couple's Recommended Stay

So, we checked into this hotel for our 3 nights stay, right? Jeff at the front desk was awesome! I asked for a room facing away from the street and it was quiet, like, surprisingly peaceful. The wine and cheese they served in the evening was a nice touch before hitting up the local hotspots to see some friends.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?

My stay was relaxing and convenient. The staff offered complimentary wine and cheese, which was a delightful surprise. The spacious room was comfortable for a couple, but the parking situation was quite tight. Consider arriving early to secure a spot!

The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. However, the check-in process was frustrating, as I didn't receive the room I booked, and the air conditioning was broken. Parking was a nightmare. it took me three hours to find a suitable spot while dealing with blocked access. The discomfort continued in the room with an uncomfortable bed and unclean towels.

i recently stayed here for one night and had a fantastic experience. the self-parking was super convenient, and the complimentary continental breakfast had freshly baked goods that impressed me. overall, my stay exceeded my expectations from my previous visit to los angeles.

The food scene nearby is to die for! Matsumoto is a must-visit for sushi lovers, and Kings Road Cafe offers a killer brunch. Plus, the FREE COFFEE available anytime was a total lifesaver!

The receptionist with the sharp rabbit teeth was more of a roadblock than a help, making me feel less welcome, which put a damper on my stay. Not a fan of that vibe!

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable environment, which provided a good escape from the busy city. Although the parking charges were an extra expense, it was manageable considering the overall quality of my stay.

Excellent hotel with excellent amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. I'll always remember how they helped me return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. The staff is consistently cordial and professional!

I absolutely loved the modern design of the Elan Hotel, from its elegantly decorated lobby to the spacious hallways. The accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate throughout the hotel comfortably, which I truly appreciated as a senior.

More diverse breakfast options would be appreciated.

Terrible Parking Experience

So I stayed here for a night and it was a mess! First off, the room I booked wasn’t even available. I had some serious issues trying to park my car. It took me over 3 hours to find a spot and charge my EV. Plus, the heater was super slow. On the bright side, the staff were nice and the place looked clean.
